Question: clear title? not interested in the "auction" cash buyer here.
Answer: Yes the high bidder will get clear title.
Question: Is there a reserve? what were 2007 taxes? thanks
Answer: Taxes are based on the sales price and are slightly different for each county I would recommend you check with a local title company to discover the annual tax percentage.As stated in the terms and conditions, because this home is now owned by the bank...the sale will require final approval from the bank.
Question: What kind of repairs does this property need?
Answer: Not much at all, there's an open house this weekend, come see for yourself.

Answer: They reserve that right, but why would they want to keep the property? What if you didn't bid and found out the bank took less than you would have paid? This sale is just like any other, there will be an escrow, you get free and clear title, title insurance etc... the only difference is that you are bidding for price.
Question: Would the bank carry the first? How much down? What interest rate? Thank you.
Answer: If you have lending questions please call Valley Financial at 916-788-1088. If you are pre-approved already that's even better; think of this like any other sale except you are bidding for price.
Question: Is this on a paved road? Does the house sit up on a hill? Is the driveway steep? What is the elevation of the property? How much are the property taxes? What size is the garage? How old is the roof? thanks looking forward to hearing from you.
Answer: Yes it's paved, taxes are based on purchase price, check with the county. garages for for more than 3 cars, dunno about roof. You really need to inspect the property for yourself.
Question: Could you tell me the elevation of the property.
Answer: It's about 2500-2600 depending on which website you believe.
