Answer: You are bidding on the actual purchase price of the condo. There is a minimum bid.

Question: The HOA/Maint. fees seem extremely high. Does this price include electricity, water, sewer, or other?
Answer: The HOA includes: Building Exterior, Cable, Escrow Reserves, Insurance Building, Security, Trash Removal, Water/Sewer, Besides the use of building ammenities.

THE PROPERTY IS SOLD "AS IS,", Bidder will have the right to a home inspection within 5 days of the executed contract. THE SUCCESSFUL BIDDER ACKNOWLEDGES THAT THE AUCTIONEER AND THE SELLER HAVE MADE NO IMPLIED WARRANTY OR REPRESENTATION OF ANY TYPE AS TO THE PROPERTY AND THAT THE PROPERTY IS SOLD WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES WHATSOEVER, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED AND SPECIFICALLY THERE IS NO WARRANTY OR MERCHANTABILITY AND NO WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
