Answer: The complex has a beautiful pool and is immaculately maintained.

Question: i was wondering if you win do you get the house and is that the finall price? also is there financing on all actions?
Answer: If you win, your bid must still be approved by the lender, this is a foreclosure and the homeowner does not have the final say.Most auctions have financing available, you must still get approved but unless the terms are are call you can get financing.Read the terms and conditions carefully, these questions and more are specifically addressed in the terms and conditions.

Answer: Taxes are based on purchase price, check with the county to see exactly what the rate is usually around 1-1.5% annually. HOA is 206.25

Question: I tried to visit the complex earlier today and I was turned away.... it was very well guarded. Can I have an inspector come to the property?
Answer: That's a challenge with this property. You get great security, yet it takes some effort to penetrate the perimeter.Just take a few moments to make an appointment and ew will make sure you can view the property.

1 -- Title will be free and clear of the lender's existing 1st mortgage on the condo, and all other liens, encumbrances, etc?

Answer: #1 Yes Free and Clear, #2 Seller says no rules against renting. If you are the high bidder you will have a chance to review documents during inspection time frame.

Question: how much is the insurance approximately?
Answer: There is no homeowners insurance, that is paid for by the Association. You can get renters insurance if you like.
