Questions to Seller
 
Question: Are there people living above you in the Condo for sale?
Answer: Yes, the upper unit is a single floor and it is currently owner occupied.
Question: what is the value and is it currently rented?
Answer: The value will be determined by the last and highest bid at this auction. We have not done a valuation on the property but welcome any and all bidders to conduct a thorough and complete inspection prior to bidding. You can check the other condominiums for sale in that neighborhood as well to get an idea what property is listed for in the area. It is currently rented and the rent is $1,800 a month. The tenants have commented that they know that is way below comparable rents in the area. Again, this is a pre forclosure sale so the entire bid packet will be submitted to the lender for confirmation.
Question: how many units in the building?
Answer: There are a total of 4 units, two in each building. We have the first Showing Tuesday evening, come on out and take a look around.
