Question: Will the sellers accept offers right now?
Answer: Yes, If is not what it is approved for We'll present it to the lender and see what they say.
Question: Is this house in a safe area ? Also what is the condition of the roof electrical plumbing etc. Thanks
Answer: There will be an open house on October 10th from 4-7:07p.m. and Oct 11th from 1-4:07p.m. you are wellcome to bring your home inspector, but the house its like new it was built in 2003 we never had any problems with anything and for me the area is very nice and quiet nice neighbors.

Terms

SITE TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

  1. This property is subject to an Internet Marketing Fee of 1% which is INCLUDED in the winning bid amount.
  2. Winning bid is subject to seller approval.
  3. A $300 fee shall be assessed to the winning bidder if they do not enter into a contract within 3 days of the listing ending.
  4. Seller reserves the right to postpone or cancel this auction at any time for any reason.

  2. Within 1 day of auction close, winning bidder will be asked to obtain loan pre-approval or show proof of funds and sign a sales contract at the winning bid amount and based on the terms described here.
  3. Closing will take place at seller's and winning bidder's agreed upon title company within 30 days of signing the contract.
  4. When contract is signed, winning bidder will pay $1000 earnest money to be held at title company handling the closing.
  5. Winning bidder may, at their option and expense order a title examination and insurance.

  7. Seller will exclude the following real property from the sale: None
Buyer Premium: 10.0%
