Question: are there any back taxes that are owed on this property
Answer: Yes but they will be taken care at the close of escrow.
Question: if the property should not apraise because of current market as the buyer do we reserve the right to ajust price to apraisal including epax 10% so that the lender funds or will you put it back on market
Answer: I Cannot talk for the lender but if the property does not appraise Iam almost positive that they will adjust. they will have no choice. As per PAX, PAX will work with the winner bid to close this transaction.
