Question: Have you completed a home inspection and/or a termite inspection that we can preview during the preview times?
Answer: Home inspections are the responsibility of the bidders but the termite inspection has been ordered and will be available soon for you to download. We will have a printed one available at the previews.

Question: is there a reserve on the auction?
Answer: There is no reserve on this auction. It is subject to the lenders approval!

Question: I am not sure if this applies to auctions, but I was wondering if there are any leans that are pending on this house? 200,000 minimum for the auction on this house seems really cheap, I don't want to waste my time if there are hidden costs.
Answer: All liens, back taxes, outstanding loans will be settled by close of escrow. Winning bidders will always receive a free and clear title. 200,000 is the suggested starting bid price not the asking price. The Bidding process will determine the value of the property and be submitted to the lender for final approval. The best thing for you to do is download the bidders packet and read all the terms and conditions of the auction before bidding and come out to the preview to see the house.
