Question: The map is showing Wyly Cemetery where this lot is located. Is this a buildable lot? Is there a cemetery where this lot is?
Answer: This is a buildable lot.. This is in a subdivision behind the marina. You can walk down to the lake. Great lake views...

Terms
  1. To bid on our property, you must be of legal age to enter into contract to purchase real estate (18 in most states, 21 in others). If you're in doubt about the legal age to enter into contract in your state, please consult with competent legal counsel before bidding.
  2. While auction is "active", all bids can be placed online or offline.
  3. Winning bid is subject to seller approval prior to live auction.
  4. A 10% buyer’s premium will be added to the final bid price to arrive at the total contract purchase price paid by the buyer(s).
  5. Buyers Agent commission of 2% is being offered.
  6. All bids are placed in US Dollars.
  7. If you are outbid by another bidder, you will receive an email notice so you can return and increase your bid if you so desire.
  8. As the auction nears the ending time it will auto-extend until bidding is silent for 2 minutes.
  9. If there is more than one high bid at the same level (a tying bid), the bid first submitted will be honored.
  10. The high bidder will be notified via email after the auction ends however, not necessarily the winning bid if we are going to live auction the next day. If you are out bid in the live auction you can increase via phone or absentee.
  11. Seller reserves the right to postpone or cancel this auction at any time for any reason.
  12. Sale is “as-is”, "where-is". Seller will not fix anything.
  13. Within 1 day of auction close, winning bidder will be asked to obtain loan pre-approval or show proof of funds and sign a Purchase & Sale Agreement at the winning bid amount and based on the terms described here.
  14. Closing will take place at seller's title company, Residential Title in Knoxville, TN within 20 days of signing the contract.
  15. When contract is signed, winning bidder will pay 10% nonrefundable down payment to be held at Keller Williams Realty / Pozy Auctions.
  16. The down payment may be paid in personal check, business check and/or cash.
  17. Winning bidder may, at their option and expense order a title examination and insurance.
  18. Seller will include the following personal property in the sale: None
  19. Please note: The online bidders will need to be present the day of the sale. We do not have service on the premises. If you are the highest bidder online this does not necessarily mean you are the highest bidder because of the onsite auction being conducted the day of the sale.
