Within 18 hours of auction close, winning bidder will be asked to obtain loan pre-approval or show proof of funds and sign a sales contract at the winning bid amount and based on the terms described here.

Closing will take place at seller's chosen title company within 30 days of signing the contract.

When contract is signed, winning bidder will pay $1,000 earnest money to be held by the listing brokerage.

To place a bid on this auction, you MUST provide a valid credit card which will be Pre-Authorized (not charged) in the amount of $500. If the winning bidder fails to sign the sales contract and submit the required earnest money deposit within 18 hours of auction close, they will be charged a $500 non-refundable default fee.
