Answer: Hi Chuck property Size per Washington County assessors office is as Stated here 111X283 which is Less than 1 Acre . Property will transfer with a clear and Marketable Title with Seller Paying their Prorated portion of Taxes to Buyer . Tax liens as Normal will be in Place . Buyer will be Required to Pay the Normal Buyer Costs associated with a Purchase including Tax Stamps , Title Insurance Any Financing and 1/2 Closing Fee.
